Since 2015, Altera Esca d.o.o. has been establishing its presence in the Croatian market, rapidly growing, and gaining recognition in the hospitality sector with its Sri Lankan Curry Bowl Restaurant, one of the top 5 restaurants in the city of Zagreb and first Sri Lankan Restaurant in Croatia, and its Whole Wide World Hostel & Bar, ranked among the top 3 best-selling hostels in Zagreb and considered No. 1 Party Hostel in the city.

From 2018, our business has expanded and diversified with the importation and distribution of the most successful beer brand in Sri Lanka, Lion Beer, and since then, the Sri Lankan beer has been an excellent complement to our restaurant and hostel bar, but now, our objective is to make it a strong player in the market and to be available in pubs and supermarket across Croatia.
